How Will I Know That My Image Will Be Good Enough For Print?
If you're concerned about the quality of your image being good enough for print, you may email it to [email protected] for a free consultation. In the event that we enhance your image, but the quality is still too poor for print, we will notify you by phone or email so that you may send a new image. However, if the image is good enough for print, you will be responsible under our Terms & Conditions if your order ends up being worse than you had hoped.
What Is The Special Packaging Fee?
LBC Express requires all fragile items to be placed inside of a Tupperware before it can be shipped. A 15% fee will be added to fragile items ONLY to allow us to accommodate for the additional costs.
How Do I Change Quantities or Cancel an Item in my Order?
If you would like to change your order, just Contact Us as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How Can I Track My Order?
We will notify you by email once your item has shipped. This email will contain your carrier and tracking number. Instructions will be included in the email. If you did not receive a tracking number or you accidentally deleted your email, please visit Track Your Order.
How Long Until I Receive My Item?
Designing, customizing and manufacturing of your custom products are performed on a strict schedule. If we see there may be some unexpected delay, we will notify you via email. HeartPress.ph assures you we will do everything we can to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.
Do You Offer Discounts for Buying Items in Bulk or Wholesale Quantity?
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders to sponsor corporate giveaways and promotions.

Are There Any Shipping Fees?
There are no shipping fees if you pick up your item in store. Shipping is calculated based off of LBC Express shipping rates.
Will I Get A Copy of My Receipt / Invoice?
Yes, everyone will receive an invoice to their email upon purchase from our website. Please check your email periodically for updates regarding your order.
